  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to forecast procedural volume and optimize scheduling efficiency for SVI days at the Brooklyn OBL.
  • Ensure all scheduled cases meet medical necessity and internal compliance criteria.
  • Support adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations, as well as Integra Vascular’s internal standards.
  • Monitor and report on eligibility trends, procedural approval rates, and scheduling metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the clinical review process and scheduling operations.
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from referral to treatment.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on workflow enhancements.
