Embroidery Operator

Schedules Available :

1st shift : 5 : 30am - 2 : 00pm, Monday - Friday | $14.50 / hr. + Pay for Performance after training

2nd shift : 2 : 00pm - 12 : 30am, Monday - Thursday | $15.50 / hr. + Pay for Performance after training

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently to produce custom designs.
• Follow embroidery instructions carefully, ensuring correct logo placement and thread colors.
• Verify that apparel details (color, size, etc.) match the provided embroidery design before production.
• Perform sew-outs, trimming, and quality checks to meet company's quality standards.
• Maintain steady workflow to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with packaging and shipping of completed orders.
• Participate in training, including cleanup and quality control tasks.
