Role Purpose : The Digital Product Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users of the breeding operations system and conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective system adoption and usage.

Accountabilities :

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues related to the breeding operations system.
• Provide clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-user adoption and proficiency.
• Accurately capture and communicate user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Independently conduct training sessions and workshops, tailoring content to different user groups and skill levels.
• Under supervision, assist in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of the breeding operations system.
