As a Store Manager / Manager in Training (MIT) at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers . You'll play a key leadership role in the store and contribute to driving sales and managing daily operations of a multi-million-dollar retail business . What You'll Do

• Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs
• Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process
• Mana ge a cash drawer; process customer payments a nd maintain daily cash reconciliation
• Direct the workflow in the s hop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Follow store o pen ing and clos ing processes and manage day to day paperwork
• I nterview and onboard store employees and writ e work schedule
• C oach and develop employees to achieve store and personal goals and foster a positive work environment
• Oversee i nventory management processe s
• Ensure the facility is well-maintained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Work Environment

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store . Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime . Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
