Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Solutions : Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy plans that guide them toward achieving their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies : Use evidence-based methods to help patients improve their motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Provide knowledge and strategies to patients and their caregivers that promote continued progress outside of therapy sessions
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure patients remain on track towards their goals
