Job Description :
Directly responsible for the daily administration of all new contracts. Acts as the primary contact for all contracts including problem resolution with regards to loan processing.

Loan Management
Ensure compliance with Patterson policies and state / federal regulatory requirements by reviewing all new contracts for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Patterson policies and state / federal regulatory requirements by coordinating the opening structuring and activating of all new contracts as well as validating down payments trade in credits and compliance with Patterson promotions. Responsible for activating special contracts and revised contracts.
Validate that all contracts have been initialed dated and bank account numbers redacted prior to submission to archival system. Ensure all completed contracts are uploaded into the archival system.
Email welcome letters to external customers and include ACH authorization form when needed. Ensure the welcome letter matches the signed contract and reorder if incorrect.
Communicate deficiencies in contracts to internal customers within prescribed timeframes.
Report system issues and provide supporting documentation for resolution.
Maintain and manage contracts using both system generated and manually prepared reports. Distribute reports to internal customers as needed. Utilize reports to identify issues trends adherence to department goals and training / development needs.
Provide suggestions on training opportunities and educate partners as needed.
Utilize department communications to keep up to date with Patterson procedural policies. Assist with updating department policy and procedure manuals.
Provide suggestions for improvement opportunities and assist with implementation.
Additional functions
In addition to the essential functions listed below the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.
Projects that arise from our day-to-day business such as analysis requested by marketing audit requests etc.
Performs other duties as assigned
Perform back-up duties for other Equipment Finance personnel when needed.
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in business or combination of high-school diploma and equivalent work experience in finance accounting or loan processing.
Strong Oral and written communication skills
Be able to construct and / or articulate the workings of an amortization schedule.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word Excel Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of loan origination structuring and service requirements
SAP experience

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market) experience and skills.
