AI Marketing Analytics Director

A company is looking for an AI Marketing Analytics Director- Consumer Lending (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle

Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions to optimize marketing decision-making and performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field

Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics within consumer lending or financial services

Hands-on experience in building agentic AI systems for marketing analytics

Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, and modern AI agent frameworks

8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 2 years in a leadership role
