PRIMARY FUNCTION

On-site Project Manager is responsible for the management of personnel, Performance, Cost and Schedule of all work performed. The single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR. Responsible to participate or send and Alternate to all Government meeting as outlined in the SOW.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Project Manager shall be available to the COR during regular work hours and shall respond as required for discussion or resolution of technical problems within two (2) hours of notification.

All personnel utilized by contractor shall be able to perform the following tasks :

Document maintenance as per Quality Assurance (QA) established regulatory requirements in accordance with this SOW.

Maintain a high state of cleanliness and utilize a clean-as-you-go process when executing maintenance duties.

Must maintain situational awareness, stay cognitive-focused, and mitigate risks.

Comply with processes and procedures as per the Department of Homeland Security / Department of Defense (DHS / DOD) documents and publications.

Maintain, control, report missing, lost, found, or unattended, tools IAW ALCINST 13600.1 (series).

Inventory and inspect tools on a regular basis and identify when to replace worn or broken tools.

Clean work area as necessary, assuring all flammable materials are properly stored; handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements IAW Safety and Occupational Health Manual, COMDTINST 5100.48 (series).

Comply with safety rules and procedures and perform work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work area IAW Safety and Occupational Health Manual, COMDTINST 5100.48 (series).

Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety violations, and / or unsafe practices or procedures to the Contractor supervisor, who in turn shall report them to the COR.

Contractor personnel may provide this information directly to the COR if the Contractor supervisor is unavailable.

Provide satisfactory customer service.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager is responsible for all employees assigned to this effort. The Project Manager will assign an Alternate Project Manager as a collateral duty to any other key position. The Project Manager may also designate the Inspector, Aircraft QA to attend meetings when unavailable. During any absence of the Project Manager, the alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to the work performed under this contract.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES :

Capable of performing tasks that frequently require : lifting, reaching, bending, walking, pulling, sitting, and standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching for prolonged periods of time.

Capable of performing tasks in cramped, awkward, and strained positions and / or climbing up and down ladders, work platforms, scaffolding, and aircraft structures.

Capable of carrying items up to forty (40) pounds; on heavier objects above forty (40) pounds, the contractor personnel shall seek assistance of other workers or weight lifting devices.

Capable of wearing cumbersome personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves as required by provided instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Possess high school diploma or equivalent.

Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Program or Project Management.

Capable to read, write, speak, and understand, the English language.

Must be a United States citizens or permanent residents of the United States.

Must be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance.

Must possess moderate to advance computer skills.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

A fast paced multi-tasking customer service oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. Overtime may be required.
