The Ceramic Coating Technician is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities :

• Surface Preparation : Thoroughly clean and decontaminate vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of ceramic coatings.
• Application : Apply ceramic coatings using proper techniques and equipment to achieve even coverage and a smooth finish.
• Quality Control : Inspect coated surfaces for imperfections, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service : Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for ceramic coating services.
• Maintenance : Educate customers on proper maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of ceramic coatings and preserve the vehicle's appearance.
• Safety : Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements :

Previous experience in ceramic coating is required!

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.

Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques is a plus.
