Operations Finance Senior Analyst - Anderson, SC

Job Title

The Financial Analyst Plant Operations is a key member of the plant finance team, working as the right hand to the Sr. Finance Manager (Plant Controller) to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting, strong business partnership with all plant functions, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

In alignment with the Vertiv Global Finance Three Broad Expectations framework, this role is accountable for :

• No Surprises : Producing complete and accurate financial information on time, maintaining effective internal controls, and communicating risks or issues immediately.
• Business Partnership : Acting as a trusted advisor to operations, supply chain, and engineering teamsproviding clear financial insights, challenging costs and investments, and supporting initiatives that drive plant profitability.
• Continuous Improvement : Leading and contributing to process improvements, leveraging Lean tools, and enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and value of all finance deliverables.
