Position :   Attorney - Insurance Defense &

Location :  Dallas, TX&

Duration :  Full-time&

Salary :   $175k - $200k&

We are  seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with a minimum of  5 years  in insurance defense. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Texas and be in good standing with the  Texas Bar . Additionally, candidates must have completed the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.&

Key Responsibilities : &

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and professional liability.&
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.&
• Develop and execute case strategies from inception through trial or settlement.&
• Engage in pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings, including depositions, mediations, and court appearances.&
• Provide clients with regular updates and legal advice, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the legal process.&
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.&
• Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.&
• Stay current with developments in insurance defense law and fulfill all CLE requirements.&
