Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds. Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions. Role Summary
Our Decorators create awesome doughnut art by using proprietary icing, filling, topping and decorating techniques and products, ensuring each item meets Pinkbox standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow product recipes and decorating requirements.
- Inspect all products and remove misshapen / imperfect doughnuts and baked goods.
- Properly apply filling, icings, and toppings
- Follow portioning controls and par levels
- Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders / restrictions
- Maintain awareness of inventory
- Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
