Homeowners Underwriting Manager

A company is looking for a Homeowners Underwriting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Homeowners / Package underwriting unit to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance

Oversee unit staff including hiring, training, and development

Review complex applications for coverage and handle complaints, ensuring appropriate responses are prepared

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required

CPCU designation is preferred

5-7 years of underwriting experience or equivalent education / experience

3+ years of managerial experience is required

Experience with multiple personal lines is preferred
