Sharpline is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a recent 100-unit acquisition to join our team. The community will undergo significant upgrades to deliver an excellent product and experience to all residents. Requirements : Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance : Perform work orders, unit turns, and make readies as assigned.
• Inspections : Conduct facility inspections to determine problems and necessary maintenance, ensuring facilities are in good and safe condition at all times.
• Preventive Maintenance : Execute seasonal and annual preventive maintenance activities.
• Team Collaboration : Work as part of a team or independently, as needed.
• Safety and Compliance : Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations, and handle emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance.
• Technical Skills : Maintain and repair building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
• Documentation : Prepare maintenance reports, maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and keep maintenance storage areas clean and orderly.
• Project Coordination : Participate in project coordination, such as renovations, and conformance with maintenance policies and standards.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with residents, guests, visitors, staff, and managers about community concerns.
