Positions are available in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.

Shift Hours / Schedule :

• Day : 6 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm
• Night : 6 : 00 pm 6 : 30 am

Shift Differential : an additional $2.00 per hour for shifts between 3 : 00 PM and 7 : 00 AM.

This position ensures that quality care is delivered through monitoring of staff performance, physician contact, care planning and daily resident observation. This position also provides direct care to residents. All this is done according to nursing standards of practice, standard procedures, and established State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.

Compensation Pay Range :

$31.88 - $47.79

Reasonable Pay Estimate : A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $31.88 - $47.79. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to : job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
