Lead the turning cell with precision from the first shift bell
Start your day at 6 : 00 a.m., power up the lathe, and run tight-tolerance parts with confidence. From Monday through Thursday, you own a 10-hour window (6 : 00 a.m.–4 : 00 p.m.) to set up, run, and optimize Swiss CNC lathe work. Most Fridays offer overtime for those who like extra hours and extra output.
What you’ll do
- Operate and fine-tune Swiss CNC lathes to produce precise components.
- Read and interpret complex prints and job travelers without missing a detail.
- Leverage strong knowledge of G-code / M-code to adjust offsets, optimize cycles, and troubleshoot.
- Use bar loaders confidently for uninterrupted production.
- Apply familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls to navigate, set, and improve programs.
What you’ll bring
10+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes.Swiss machining experience (required).Fluent print reading (required).Bar loader operation and setup (required).Stable work history with demonstrated longevity at previous employers.Nice to have
Working programming knowledge for on-the-fly edits and improvements.Experience on Miyano equipment (strong plus); Hyundai WIA exposure (bonus).Core proficiencies
