Lead the turning cell with precision from the first shift bell

Start your day at 6 : 00 a.m., power up the lathe, and run tight-tolerance parts with confidence. From Monday through Thursday, you own a 10-hour window (6 : 00 a.m.–4 : 00 p.m.) to set up, run, and optimize Swiss CNC lathe work. Most Fridays offer overtime for those who like extra hours and extra output.

What you’ll do

• Operate and fine-tune Swiss CNC lathes to produce precise components.
• Read and interpret complex prints and job travelers without missing a detail.
• Leverage strong knowledge of G-code / M-code to adjust offsets, optimize cycles, and troubleshoot.
• Use bar loaders confidently for uninterrupted production.
• Apply familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls to navigate, set, and improve programs.
