Earn $125,000 - $200,000 per year - No Cold Calling.

We’re one of the top 2% roofing companies in the U.S., operating across multiple states. We help homeowners protect and improve their homes — with honesty, quality, and unmatched customer experience.

We’re expanding fast and looking for driven Customer Experience Specialists who are confident, professional, and motivated to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
  • Guide customers through roof inspections, options, and pricing
  • Help homeowners make informed, confident decisions
  • Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing training

Compensation

  • $125,000–$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)
  • Average monthly earnings : $10,000–$18,000
  • Weekly pay structure
  • Paid training included
  • Schedule

  • Monday–Friday : Appointments at 1pm & 6pm and occasionally 10am as well
  • Saturday : 10am and 2pm appointments
  • Sales meetings : Ongoing daily
  • Field-based role (drive 30 - 90 mins to confirmed appointments)
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
  • iPad required (purchase through us is available)
