Primary Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Answer questions.
• Provide community tours.
• Take registrations.
• Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions.
• Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to:Traffic-building events (i.e.: barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public)New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking eventsNational sales eventsInformational seminarsResident relations events Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.)Realtor eventsTestimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailingsReference list for Prospects

Required Education/Experience

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• A resident of Del Webb community

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings
• Basic proficiency in using computer systems
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
