Our client, a leading investment firm, is searching for a talented and experienced Managing Director, Private Wealth Advisor to join a highly reputable and established team in providing investment and wealth planning for HNW and UHNW clients, offering an exceptional experience to deepen existing client relationships, cultivate new opportunities and increase the growth of the firm.

Responsibilities :

Advise and educate individuals and families by delivering personalized investment solutions and providing guidance in retirement, tax management, investment strategies, risk management, income and liquidity management, estate planning, insurance, wealth transfers, philanthropy, and lending solutions.

Provide personalized investment strategies and advisory-based sales and relationship management to attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of prospects, generate referral sources, increase brand awareness, and deliver personalized investment solutions to clients by relying on leadership and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrate subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of financial markets, exercising sound business judgement and exhibiting unwavering integrity, prioritizing the client's best interests at every opportunity.

Evaluate and assess potential investment opportunities, manage the due diligence process, financial modeling, and risk assessment.

Collaborate on negotiations and structuring investment transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and legal advisors to ensure favorable terms and successful execution.

Contribute to the leadership and mentorship of the investment team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.

5-10 years of experience with a proven track record in private wealth and strategic investments with a focus on portfolio management and building long-term, trusted client relationships.

Extensive knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, grow a portfolio of prospects, cultivate and maintain existing client relationships, and integrate with key business partners.
