The Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining Talbott & Arding's exceptional standards. You will work alongside our Chef de Cuisine to create delicious prepared foods for our retail case and off-site catering events. You'll also lead and inspire our kitchen team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Here's what you'll do :

• Supervise and guide cooks, packers, and dishwashers.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on weekly specials and daily menu items.
• Assist with catering orders, maintaining high quality standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations and manage food & labor costs effectively.
• Cover for the Chef de Cuisine during any absences.
