What will the Manager of Financial Systems do?
Administer and optimize financial systems including ERP, AP, T&E, budgeting, and reporting platformsSupport month-end closings, financial reporting, and inter-company eliminationsMaintain data integrity across systems and reporting tools for compliance and planningLead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, including financial model developmentSupervise analysts, consultants, and interns; set goals, evaluate performance, and mentor team membersOwn financial systems policies and procedures, ensuring quality control and compliancePartner with finance and IT leadership on transformation projects and process improvementsWhat's needed in a Manager of Financial Systems :
7+ years of experience in financial systems administration, project management, or finance operationsStrong hands-on experience with financial systems in a nonprofit or lean-resource environmentAbility to balance tactical systems support with strategic project workExcellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teamsBachelor's degree preferred but not required - demonstrated technical competence is keyHigh self-motivation, resilience, and a solutions-driven mindsetBonus Points :
