Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Morehead City, NC- Local or Travel

13 weeks.

M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week.

On-call info : On-call required if requested

Travel Area : Carteret County

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours

Productivity Units : 30 units

Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Monday - Friday, maybe required to admit a fresh joint on the weekend if needed. Coverage area is Carteret County

Skills :

Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required.

Proof of current CPR certification - Required.

Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required

Previous home care experience - Preferred.

HCHB EMR preferred

Education :

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
