About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney to support our construction and engineering law practice. You’ll work directly with clients to navigate complex legal issues, draft and negotiate agreements, and provide actionable legal advice. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel on construction and engineering matters.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and prepare clear, concise opinions and memoranda.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in meetings, mediations, and proceedings as needed.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute effective legal strategies.

    • Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar .
  • Strong knowledge of California law , particularly in construction and engineering sectors.
  • Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
  • Litigation experience is a plus.
