MD / DO Only

Must have an Active WV license

Clinic hours : Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm

Schedule Flexible on structuring a FT schedule (40hrs)

3-4 Patients per hour

All ages

APP + full clinical support staff
