Quality Control Analyst I / II - Receipt Inspection
PQA / NQC Quality Control Analyst is responsible for performing the following functions on contractor furnished material (CFM) and equipment including, but not limited to :
- Review supplier provided certifications for adherence to purchase order requirements
- Review supplier approved procedures
- Review supplier test records
- Review supplier weld and NDT records
- Processing of material receipts through Oracle, MQS, MRPII, SPARS, and ApplCore systems
- Demonstrate competency in understanding Electric Boat procedures and policies
- Coordinate and work with Supervisors and Inspectors on proper handling of procedures, inspection plans and work flows
- Work with Supplier Quality and Engineering as needed
- Adjudicate material deficiencies through the ER / CR process and work to engineering dispositions
- Review and understand SSPs, SPs, MDDs, SDDs, Company Policies and Procedures
- Identify and implement ways to improve and streamline job functions and responsibilities
- Maintain department goals for participation and implementation of process improvements

Required :High school diploma / GED0-4 years' relevant experienceKnowledge of MS office and basic computer systemsApplicant must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance as a condition of employmentPreferred :Previous experience as a Quality Control Analyst performing vendor material inspectionExperience with Oracle ERPAssociates degree or higherMilitary service2+ years as a Quality Control Analyst
