Job description

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Minocqua, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

HIGHLIGHTS :

  • Required : 1yr exp
  • Required : BLS
  • Required : WI State License (pending licenses accepted)
  • Required : Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy
  • 1st time travelers accepted
  • 13 weeks assignment
  • 20HPW, Mon 08 : 00-15 : 30, Tues 08 : 00-15 : 30, and Wed 08 : 00-14 : 30
  • Mon-Tues 7 hrs and Wed 6 hrs
  • Every third weekend
  • 4 hrs every 3rd Saturday (subject to change)
  • Candidates will float within the hospital as needed
  • Charting System Experience : Preferred (Cerner)

    • 2 references required - 1 must be from a supervisor

    If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request

    AHA certifications are required to be completed prior to start
