Department : Nursing - SNF (112 Bed Facility)

Work Type : Full Time (80 hours bi-weekly)

Shift : Evenings, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate : $38.48 - $50.01 / hour

What You Will Do :

• Lead and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care that promotes safety and dignity.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a 112 bed skilled nursing facility.
• Guide clinical practice and professional development across five core areas : clinical care, teaching, research, leadership, and growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and a positive patient experience.
