ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business functions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Software Asset Management (SAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and CMDB. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub
• Implement and maintain a healthy CMDB following CSDM principles
• Design and maintain data models and relationships between Configuration Items (CIs)
• Develop automation solutions leveraging Flow Designer, Orchestration, and custom scripting
• Enhance platform performance, availability, and reliability through proactive maintenance
• Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices including code reviews, documentation, and compliance standards
• Maintain platform integrity during upgrades, patches, and deployments
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, architects, and developers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Research and implement emerging ServiceNow capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics
• Write, translate, and code software programs according to specifications
• Perform software updates, testing, and scripting enhancements
• Analyze user needs and develop optimized software solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience

Associate Degree and years related professional experience required, OR
