Payroll Administrator
Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN)? Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Processing : Manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees, leveraging ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for accurate processing of wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and taxes.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Prepare and review payroll reports, tax filings, and year-end statements (e.g., W-2, 1099).
- System Maintenance : Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now (WFN), including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes.
- Audit & Reconciliation : Conduct regular audits to verify payroll accuracy and reconcile payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Employee Queries : Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, taxes, and time-off balances through clear and professional communication.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).Strong knowledge of payroll laws / regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.).Proficiency in ADP WFN or similar, Excel, and data analysis tools.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.Requirements :
Experience working within a midsize-to-large business setting.Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing, and commissions / bonuses.Knowledge of HRIS systems integrated with ADP WFN.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
