Production Planning Manager

Production Planning and Control Manager - $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus

Excellent opportunity to join a growing, privately held manufacturing company in the western suburbs of York County. Based on growth - our client seeks a Production Planning and Control Manager position. This is a highly visible position that will report directly to the company's President. This position will coordinate schedules, inventories and equipment to ensure efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing process at three sites (all in York County).

This position will be responsible for-

• Reviewing load versus capacity at organizational and work center levels
• Support launch of new products by working with Plant Managers, Purchasing, Engineers and Operations to align materials and capacity
• Monitor ERP / MRP system data on a daily basis

Our client seeks a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production planner / master scheduler position within the manufacturing industry. Our client seeks a highly analytical and savvy operations professional with a strategic mindset who will be thinking 10 steps ahead and anticipating potential issues / short falls.
