Job Summary : Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider. Interviews patients, measures vistal signs, records and input information into record. Prepare treatment rooms. May be required to draw and collect samples from patients and prepare for analysis. The most important aspect of this job is to be personable and empathetic to the patients’ needs and concerns so that the patient feels comfortable in opening with all issues without feeling embarrassed. This person should also be excited to celebrate the successes of the patients throughout their journey!?
Job Duties
- Complete full patient assessment. This would include history and physical, current medical condition, and vital signs. RN must also be able to discern the physiological, emotional, sociological, and sexual health conditions of the patient.
- Triage patients and relate all viable and pertinent information to the physicians and medical personnel on staff.
- Complete all charting on the patient in an accurate and succinct manner as ordered by the resident Physician, PA, NP, or APRN.
- Able to relate and empathize with the patients and feel comfortable and confident talking in detail about sexual history and performance.
- Create genuine trust and rapport with all patients.
- Fluent in venous puncture blood draws.
- Correctly handle, process, and chart all relevant information per physician order and must be able to handle any complications that arise.
- Administer and chart medication as ordered by the Physician, PA, NP, or APRN.

Current practicing state licenseHormone Management Experience is a plus, not requiredComputer skills required : Fluent in EMR System, Human Resource Systems; CRM; Microsoft Online Email, and other office suite features.Exceptional people skills and communication skillsContinuous learning, training, and development of TRT knowledge and growthDetail orientedWorks well in a fast paced always changing environment
