Design Director

A company is looking for a Design Director for the Transactions team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the product area within the Transactions team, enhancing user experience and design quality

Drive programs for people development and craft excellence, enabling team members to lead autonomously

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs and optimize the transaction experience

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a design leader with a proven portfolio demonstrating impact

Experience in designing and launching scalable programs for skill growth and design craft elevation

Ability to lead projects from inception to completion and iterate on existing designs

Strong background in systems thinking, interaction design, and content-aware UX

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and remote design workflows
