Licensed Property Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Property Claims Desk Adjuster to manage a caseload of property claims with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of moderate to high complexity property claims

Conduct thorough investigations, determine coverage, evaluate damages, and assess liability

Negotiate settlements while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring accurate file documentation

Required Qualifications

At least four years of property claims handling experience

Proficiency with computers and modern claims technology

Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field is preferred

Industry designations such as AINS or AIC are a plus

Must be licensed in required jurisdictions or able to obtain licensure
