Our clients include governments, startups, research organisations, and investors. With a growing global footprint, we have offices in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom and clients in several other countries.
We’re looking for an experienced Management Consultant with nuclear sector experience to work directly with these cleantech pioneers to lead projects that define markets, guide investment, and enable technology adoption worldwide.
Within this role you’ll lead strategy engagements end-to-end, from shaping project scope to delivering final insights, whilst collaborating across the Helixos team on commercialisation, communications, and technical advisory.
Your core responsibilities will include :
Represent Helixos with thought leadership and partnership-building across the cleantech ecosystem, especially in nuclear energy and fusion

This position is open to individuals who are eligible for employment in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom .
This position may involve access to nuclear technical data regulated under U.S. 10 CFR Part 810. To comply with U.S. export control laws, only applicants who are citizens of the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, and / or countries generally authorized under 10 CFR Part 810 will be considered.

Requirements
Extensive experience in strategy consulting, technology commercialisation, or senior leadership within the energy or clean-tech sectors, with a focus on nuclear and fusion. Strong understanding of policy, regulation, and funding landscapes for clean technology and energy. A plus if you have experience in the nuclear and / or fusion sector. Track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Can zoom out to macro trends and zoom in to identify actionable commercial paths. Pay attention to the cultural zeitgeist in technology, startups, and policy, and have an instinct for where the world might be heading. Thrive in a fast-paced, remote team across multiple time zones. Care about sustainability, energy, and the long-term future of the planet.
