• Monday - Friday schedule with 32 guaranteed hours
• 30 units weekly patient productivity
• Home health and adult care setting
• EMR : HCHB
• OASIS and home health experience required
• Weekend coverage may be required for fresh joint admissions
• Treats patients of all age groups neuromuscular and orthopedic focus
• 1 - 2 years acute care or rehabilitation experience required

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
