Are you looking for a Property Manager position with a stable company that offers training and growth opportunities? This company owns and manages properties throughout the East Coast including several in Savannah. This Property Manager will oversee a 232-unit property and will oversee leasing and maintenance staff. Seeking candidates who are detail oriented, customer service driven, and communication skills. Duties Include :

• Acting as the initial point of contact for both current and prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding to all forms of communication including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Conducting leasing efforts through persuasive sales strategies and professional telephone techniques.
• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing lease agreements along with other necessary rental documents.
• Collecting rent and deposits in a timely, organized fashion while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Addressing resident concerns and maintenance requests efficiently and with professionalism.
• Monitoring and managing delinquencies by issuing late notices and overseeing the eviction process when required.
• Supporting operational excellence by identifying and suggesting areas for improved resident satisfaction and property performance.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date records, processing all administrative paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Carrying out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Requirements :

At least 2 years' experience in property management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent customer service / communication skills
