Job descriptionAssociate's of Science Degree with certificate in Respiratory Care required. Bachelor's of Science Degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care preferred. 3-6 months of on-the-job experience to gain knowledge of hospital policies, procedures and routines required. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within 12 months of accepting the Advanced Practitioner position required. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within 18 months of accepting the Advanced Practitioner position required. Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP.NE or RCP.IA) license for work state required. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire. Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required. Current American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) Certification preferred for Respiratory Therapy, Cardiac Unit and Cardiopulmonary Rehab Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification preferred for Cardiac Unit and Cardiopulmonary Rehab. Requires a high degree of ability and skill in written and verbal communication to accurately relay appropriate and high quality recommendations to other members of the patient care team.

Duration : Permanent Full Time
Shift : 6 : 45 p.m. - 6 : 45 a.m. (3) nights a week with rotating holiday coverage and every third weekend.
Salary Range : $29.43-$44.15 / hr. + Benefits
