Lead Concrete Finisher

As a Concrete Finisher at Steed Industries, you will play a vital role in the construction process, responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to ensure they are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing. Your expertise will help guarantee that all work meets the high standards of quality and durability that Steed Industries is known for. Key Responsibilities

• Concrete Finishing : Execute finishing techniques to create smooth, durable surfaces, including floors, sidewalks, and walls.
• Surface Preparation : Prepare and set forms for concrete pours, ensuring accurate dimensions and alignment.
• Mixing and Pouring : Assist in mixing concrete as needed and pouring concrete into forms to complete structures.
• Quality Control : Ensure that finished surfaces meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, conducting quality checks throughout the process.
• Tool Operation : Operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining them in good working condition.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, including laborers and supervisors, to achieve project goals.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and Best Practices on-site, promoting a culture of safety among the crew.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and address any issues that arise during the finishing process to maintain project integrity and timelines.
