Job Description\n

American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with 1+ years of recent LTC or rehab experience and a Missouri license for a skilled nursing facility assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting
  • Patient population includes residents requiring speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Full-time contract opportunity
  • Provide assessment and therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in an LTC / SNF setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • No more than 5-7 days of requested time off (RTO) permitted depending on facility
  • All licenses and certifications must be active at the time of consideration

  • Current and active Missouri SLP license required if applicable
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Minimum 1 year of SLP experience required
  • Experience in LTC or SNF setting required
  • Three years of active CCC-SLP experience preferred
  • At least 1 professional reference required for consideration
