Job description

About Soar :   Soar Autism Center is an innovative healthcare provider at the frontlines of the autism market, one of the largest growth markets in healthcare services today.

Soar is building a network of clinics where autistic children and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We are building a premium service for families with differentiated quality / experience in our clinics, advancing the standard of care in autism and capturing share in a rapidly growing market.

Specifically, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based services to children 6 and under with autism. Our care model is focused on a “one-stop shop” integrated autism center, and play-based models of behavior therapy based on the Early Start Denver Model. We craft individual therapy plans in deep coordination with families, setting goals that are ambitious and focusing on building skills that enable children to grow into their fullest selves. We provide care in a state-of-the-art, autistic-friendly facility, with the goal that a child’s time at the center mirrors an early childhood learning experience. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family.

We have opened 20+ clinics in our 3-year history across Colorado and Arizona, all of which have

quickly reached capacity and typically run with waitlists. We are now focused on scaling our clinic platform and are looking to hire two Construction Project Managers to support efforts on the Growth and Development team. Join us as we strive to advance the standard of clinical excellence in autism therapy today!

The Role : Soar Autism Center is seeking a Construction Project Manager  to join our Growth and Development team. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Real Estate Development. This position plays a key role in ensuring our facilities reflect Soar’s values, maintain high-quality standards, and open on time and within budget. Design Management

Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.

Direct architectural consultants and ensure alignment with schedules and standards.

Project Execution

Lead and assist with design development, ensuring scope aligns with budget and brand standards.

Evaluate contractor bids for scope accuracy, value engineering, and cost control.

Manage general contractors to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Lead and assist with clinic activation and setup effort to ensure each center is fully equipped, functional, and ready for opening.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Supervise external partners including architects, contractors, and suppliers.

Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Support smooth handoff from construction to operations.

Reporting & Process Improvement

Maintain up-to-date project status reports and track key milestones.

Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.

Support internal process improvements, reporting enhancements, and project control standardization.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Architectural or Construction or related discipline

2+ years of experience in the design and construction industry, title and level will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

Ability to identify potential projects delays and quickly provide solutions

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Ability to coordinate project team members

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Have strong project management experience

Willingness to travel nationally to oversee projects and facilitate clinic openings (25% - 40%)

Preference for candidates located in Denver or Chicago, but strong candidates in other U.S. locations will also be considered

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Construction related discipline preferred

Compensation and Benefits :

Total compensation : The expected salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year, inclusive of base salary and quarterly bonuses. Compensation and title for this role will be determined based on candidate’s qualifications and level of experience.

Benefits : Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match after a year of service and 15 days of PTO to be used for both vacation and illness each year.
