Primary Activities / Duties :
Assist in assembling components and products using hand tools and power tools.
Support warehouse operations including receiving, scanning, and putting away stock.
Pick and bundle customer orders using RF equipment.
Load and unload trucks and move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
Stage materials for production and transport finished goods to designated areas.
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with 6-S and safety standards.
Complete required documentation and labeling of parts and products.
Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
Lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.
Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English.
Basic computer skills; ability to learn and use RF scanners and software systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Safety Requirements :
Wear safety-toed footwear Safety glasses with side shields Hearing protection Other PPE as required.
Knowledge & Experience :
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is a plus.
Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and RF scanning devices.
Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Work Environment :
Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
