Boerger, LLC is a global leader in rotary lobe pumps and macerating technology with over 50 years of industry expertise. We are seeking a skilled Applications Engineer / Technical Account Manager to join our team at our Chanhassen, MN office.

This technical sales position plays a key role in supporting customers, developing tailored solutions, and managing technical accounts to ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate will bring a mechanical engineering background or direct experience in the pump or rotating equipment industry. This role combines technical problem-solving, application engineering, and customer relationship management to drive growth and deliver best-in-class support.

Requirements : Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and application requirements
• Apply engineering knowledge to select, size, and recommend pump solutions
• Prepare accurate proposals, bids, and supporting documentation within required deadlines
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, engineering, and the outside sales team
• Manage key customer accounts by providing responsive, solution-oriented support
• Maintain accurate records of projects, quotes, and communications in ERP and CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
