• Day shift 7am - 7pm, 14 shifts per month
• Average census 15 patients per provider
• Geographical rounding
• APP supervision required
• Procedures required : central line, intubation, ICU experience
• Hospitalist responds to code blues and rapid response
• ACLS certification required
• Coverage needed through mid-year
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
