A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (P&C).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
Process service requests such as adding / removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and work to retain policyholders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
Passion for helping others
Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
Availability to work specified hours, including weekends
