Principal Systems Engineer EI Production Services

Were looking for a strategic leader to drive operational excellence across mission-critical contact center applications supporting Wealth and Workplace Investing. As Principal Systems Engineer youll lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance reliability automation and observabilitydelivering measurable improvements in system performance and associate experience.

What Youll Do

• Lead high-impact initiatives to improve observability automation and operational efficiency
• Champion proactive monitoring and telemetry to reduce incidents and improve response times
• Drive automation and self-service solutions to eliminate manual intervention
• Establish and track SLIs / SLOs to improve reliability and performance
• Collaborate with engineering product and business leaders to resolve top associate-impacting issues
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
