Responsibilities :

  • Manages the activities of all reconditioning of used vehicles and the attainment of Lithia’s quality targets.
  • Interact with the Parts and Service Departments and Body Shop to meet customer needs and dealership objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Active Listening – give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate
  • Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time

    • The expected pay range for this position is $16.78 - $25.00 Hourly.

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
