POSITION SUMMARY :

The candidate will work on tasks that related to project cost estimation preparing a complete and comprehensive Bid Package for review by the Senior Estimator prior to any Project date line.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Properly develop RFI’s Communicate properly orally and written.
• Performing Quantity Take Offs
• Calculate material quantities, labor and equipment costs.
• Maintain Subcontractor bid list
• Communication with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain prices.
• Collecting and organizing data for use in bid proposals
