We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team at our Lake Worth location. The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including employee onboarding, payroll assistance, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and compliance. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, approachable, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
• Skills : + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, or similar) preferred. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Other : Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to commute daily to the Lake Worth office.
