Schedule : M-F, 6 : 30a - 4 : 30p, can vary by an hour or so here and there

Dates : September 5-15; Urgent need to fill; Please provide your availability during this timeframe

Credentialing Timeframe : 5 days

Skills : General, adult anesthesia; Regional Anesthesia

Requirements :

• Active, unrestricted IL License
• Clean Malpractice
• ACLS & BLS Certification

Travel & Lodging provided

Malpractice Insurance provided

Rate is $245 / hour
