ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Robbie Streett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Outbound calling through our integrated systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customers interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Detailed oriented and ability to multitask.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance preferred.
